The university president honors a group of researchers from the center

The President of Al-Nahrain University, Professor Dr. Ali Abdulaziz Al-Shawi, honored Assistant Professor Ghaidaa Hussein, Assistant Professor Abdul Salam Tawfiq, and Lecturer Roaa Adnan from the Department of Environmental Biotechnology, who are faculty members at the Biotechnology Research Center at Al-Nahrain University.

The recognition was awarded in appreciation of their scientific efforts in publishing their research titled “Isolation of a Novel Bacterium Isolate Capable of Utilizing Crude Oil and Diesel Oil Spills as a Biological Bioremediation Agent” in the journal Frontiers in Bioscience – Elite.
